MESS is a NAME-based emulator for PCs that is capable of emulating historical operating systems and old game consoles: to give you an idea it is capable of emulating from a Spectrum 64 to a Sam Coupe.

This program is able to emulate any system from which you can get a ROM. So you should download MESS and then look for the ROMs for the operating systems or consoles you want to emulate.
